My third blog will be about Miley Cyrus. Her controversial song 'We Can't Stop' has caused her to become a worldwide star. Since its upload, the video has received over 2million views on YouTube, and had gathered a number of dislike, leading to many different parodies of her songs. Miley has also received criticism about her 'Twerking', this is an internet dance craze which Miley performed at the VMA's with fellow artist Robin Thicke. This led to more criticising for both artists.
Miley has brought out another single 'Wrecking Ball', which had received further bad press, mainly do to the explicit content featuring a wrecking ball and Cyrus. The 20 year old takes the criticising well and will continue to produce controversial songs if it allows her to make more money.
